replacing front tow hooks

I need a good strong set of receiver hitches to replace the tow hooks.I only found this site ,has any one used these before? web page and my next question is how much weight can thay hold?i like to replace both and then have one to slide in to the two of them to make one for the middle can this be done

Go to photos and search "leed engineering" for a couple of photos. I will try to get photos of them mounted on my truck today. They are rated (each) at 350# tongue weight and 9000# straight pull.

Bodiak hitch makes a similar option.

Did you notice how beat up that bumper is on the Ford?
Plus I wonder why they didn't incorporate the other bolts in the mounting?
