1996 F250 4x4 ext. cab, long bed 5 spd. 3.55ls, Tymar Intake, Tymar 4" downpipe and 4" exhaust. AIC, B&W turnoverball, EBPV brake, tranny temp gauge, boost gauge, and egt gauge. 235k miles and thousands of $$$$ in maintenance and repairs.
I'd find someone who does this on the side at an equipment dealer. In my area there are a few of these guys and they would probably charge 800-1000 to do it.

Wow, you guys pay a lot. Going rate here would be about 400 dollars, but you can sometimes catch the mobile guys finishing up a job somewhere and they'll get you in for under 200 on a Friday afternoon.
Renting the unit isn't too bad. Depends on size, ect. Don't buy the sand from the rental place though, it's usually alot more expensive. The sand depends on the type of finish you want. If you want to do it fast, get the heavier stuff. If your looking for a smooth finish then go with lighter silica sand. Get enough though, if you run out, you can't reuse it. If you have any left over, you can take it back.

Doakster, where do you live. I work at a railcar repair company and we blast railcars daily, I may be able to get it done cheap if you are willing to bring it to us one weekend.
