Your F-350 DRW cannot haul the biggest and baddest slide-in camper without being overloaded. So if you really want the big boy, then you'll need to upgrade your truck to at least an F-450 and probably an F-550.
2002 F-350 DRW has a GVWR of 11,500 pounds. Your wet and loaded SuperCab 4x4 PSD will weigh over 8,000 pounds before you load the camper. That gives you only 3,500 pounds for a camper. And those big truck campers weigh that much dry, so you need to add about 2,000 pounds to the dry weight of a camper to know how much available payload you'll have to have to haul it without being overloaded.
The 2008 F-450 pickup has a GVWR of 14,500 pounds. It will probably weigh around 9,000 before you load the camper. That's 5,500 pounds of payload available for a heavy camper. That's more like it. Most of the big campers you can get down to 5,500 pounds by draining the holding tanks.
But if you want the biggest and baddest truck camper, then 5,500 pounds won't be quite enough when loaded to the gills with options, slides, water, propane, dishes, pots and pans, clothes, food, drink, etc., etc. So you need the F-550 with a custom bed/body designed to haul a truck camper. The GVWR is 17,500 and the wet and loaded truck will gross less than 10,000 before you load the camper. So that's up to 7,500 pounds for the camper and stuff.
The camper.
The most popular right now is probably Lance. Their model 1131 is about as big and bad as it gets.

Bigfoot is also very popular in the gigantic class.
