TC lock and EBPV on/off switch mods

I read a while ago that the EBPV can be used as kinda/sorta exhaust brake. I know that I need to do the TC lockup mod and was just wondering if anyone had any info or links for how to do these mods?

I had one in my last truck a 7.3 1999.5. It worked pretty good and was controlled by steering wheel cruise control switches. I got mine from SP diesel : http://www.spdiesel.com/

I have one on my 99. It works great. It's not as powerful as one of the aftermarket butterfly type systems, but I find it works on 7% grades with no problem with my almost 11,000lb 5th wheel. I can come down a long 7% grade and hold at about 55mph with OD off. If I need to go slower eg for sharp bends, I drop the speed to about 45 mph and select 2nd.

Mine has an on/off switch and it has a relay wired into the cruise control that automatically disengages cruise if the exhaust brake is activated. When activated, it engages about 3 seconds after I lift off the throttle.

I have the torquelock style option on my tranny too.
