Trailer assist wheels under hitch?

Hey guys,
I passed a fellow going the opposite direction on the freeway the other day. He was towing a 28'-32' bumper pull car hauler with his diesel. Anyway, I noticed two wheels under the trailer right behind the hitch. The wheels looked to be full size and where close together like you would find on the front of a tractor with a tricycle front end.
I've searched google trying to find some info on this setup but haven't come up with a thing. I'm just curious to see what it is. I believe it is meant to reduce tongue weight or maybe sway. I would think the wheels would have to have some kind of spring or shock setup too. Anyone seen these or better yet, have link?

Google search found two in short order.

This one looks like it can be retrofitted to an existing trailer.TUFF TOW

This one is called Easy Tow, not sure where it is available. It also includes an articulated "A" frame and seems it would be hard to retrofit to an existing trailer.

Sweet. The Tufftow appears to be what I saw. I guess you figured out the key words in the google search that I missed.

Thanks

Trailer tongue dolly

Back in the late 1940's and early 1950's before the days of RV trailers they towed small House Trailer with large engined cars prior to automatic transmissions and used a tongue dolly to carry the trailer weight so all the car did was tow the load without carrying any hitch weight. Have also seen tow dollys for towing fifth wheel/goose neck hitch type trailers when truck was only equipped with bumper type pull hitch. Mostly used for delivery of non loaded new trailers
