Did you try following the wires from the lights to the running light wiring?

How about testing for continuity between the power wire for the interior lights and one of the marker light wires. Make sure the trailer is NOT plugged in to anything and if there is a battery on the trailer disconnect the positive cable. If you have continuity from the interior lights and a marker light wire then it is wired to the marker light circuit and is operating as it is wired.

If not and you can get to it check for continuity between the interior light wire and each pin in the plug on the trailer cable that plugs into the truck, again with everything disconnected. This will tell you what the interior lights are wired to.

You may get continuity from the interior wire to ground through the bulb so there may be two in the trailer plug that show continuity.

Please check the wiring color code you have listed ! ! ! The colors do not match what wittmeba has in his picture and his picture matches everything in all manuals concerning the "standard color" wiring diagram. All of the trailers you find on dealers lots match the colors on his diagrams. Thanks for your help in other areas.

You may be right, but I didn't just pull that out of the air. I got it at RVBasics.com.
