Trailer Break harness wiring

I have the harness from the factory but only the 4 way was complete at the bumper i found the other 3 pin plug from the harness and have tghe hot for the brakes which is a blue wire , but the other two an orange and a black/gr tracer i beleive these are the backup lt and the constant hot. but they dont ever come energized every other connection is a ok is there something else i ahave to do the relay and maxi fuses are all there

I assume you are testing it with the key on?

the wire colors and relay locations have been posted many times in this section, you should be able to find the info you need,

relays where are they?
