Turn signal wiring for mirrors

I have a 2001 PSD with the manual [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif[/img]pull-out mirrors with no signals, heater or etc.. Is there wiring in the mirrors and/or door panel so I can add turn signals to my existing mirrors. I haul a trailer and would like to let that car that insists on sitting beside me know I want to change lanes.

Pull the door panel off and it should be behind the speaker if its there. Only would be power/heated wiring, the turn signals have to wired in seperately.

Thanks, Looks like I will have to go up under the dash. I'll check the door first.
Any idea of the wiring location under the dash?

I found them on top of the steering column and tapped into them there for my signal lights
