Ok, I am seriously looking at some 48' two car enclosed trailers. I talked to several "BROKERS" and they all said that it would be better. (You can obviously haul "HI END" cars in it..and also HUGOS if you need to.) Not vise versa,,with an open trailer like I have now.
Also if you have an enclosed then the "Sleeper" requirement would be fullfilled with a mattress on the 8' overhitch part(Above the gooseneck) right? Way bigger than your backseat... ROTFLMAO....
Just some thoughts on purchase and what to look for. (Used definately) prepared to spend in the neighborhood of 10-15k I think. For a GOOD ONE.
Do NOT NEED Living quarters,, heck some of them are so nice,, I MIGHT NOT WANT to come home!!!! (J/K honey) [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/phoney.gif[/img]

I can tell you that I just got a quote on a brand new haulmark, 48' bare bones but that does include white walls and ceilings, triple 6k axles and it was $16,500 That is the first price I received so I will be shopping around to see what I can get.
Try www.internet-trailer.com Sign up and it will allow you to configure the trailers anyway you want and give you a price also. I am also in the market for a car hauler but for 1 car and the ability to haul some other stuff in it also.
