I am wondering if there is a web site like Kelly Blue Book to get a ball park figure on what a re-sale price for a 2002 F450 might be. 7.3 PSD, coversion bed for hauling a 5er, and more. Any referrals are appreciated.

I've never seen a comparable website for used chassis-cab truck prices.

For a ball-park estimate, use KBB.com and check on F-350 pickups. Check the options for DRW and utility body. That should get you in the ball park for a 7-year-old truck. The F-450 might bring a few percent more than the comparable F-350, but then because of the 4.88 rear axle that I seem to remember was the only option in 2002 models, it might bring less.
