what airbags will work w/gooseneck

I need a set of air bags that will work with my flipover brand gooseneck hitch. Since I only have about 2-3" of compression left and my spring plates are hitting the gooseneck hitch plate bolts.

And this is with the trailer damn near empty I think when the jeep is in the back it might not be so bad, since part of the weight will be past the rear axle.

Re: what airbags will work w/gooseneck

You should call your hitch MFG. and ask them the question or call firstone air bags or ride-rite air bags and ask them what they have that will work with your hitch. It matters mostly how your hitch bolts to your truck. Most air bags bolt up on the outside of the frame, so there can not be any bolts sticking out on the mounting side.

Re: what airbags will work w/gooseneck

I installed the Firestone ride rites with my B&W turn over ball hitch on my F250. I did have to use some spacers I made to make it work.
