I have a hitch on my truck that I want to take off and sell on craigslist. I'd like to know what it is and what the ratings are for it. It looks like some kind of easy hitch. Also any guess on what it's worth would be great!

If it's manufactured and not homemade, then there should be a stamped or embossed area on the frame of the hitch that gives the weight limits. Crawl under the back of the truck with a strong flashlight or trouble light and look on the frame of the hitch near where it bolts onto the frame of the truck. You'll probably find that weight limit stamp. But it will be in code, probably something like "500/5000 WC", which means max of 500 pounds of hitch weight or 5,000 pounds of gross trailer weight with a weight-carrying hitch. It looks like that hitch cannot accept a weight-distributing hitch shank, so it probably won't have the WD weights on it.
How much is it worth? Not much.

It's got to be manufactured. You pull the arm down and the hitch can slide out about 9" and move back and forth. Then pulling the hitch back up engages a spring to pull it all back in. It's actually a pretty neat deal and had to cost a pretty penny to buy. I had the same guess about weight capacity.
I have already crawled everywhere. I thought I remembered a sticker when I got the truck, but that was two years ago, so who knows!!

Yup, those hitches are made in Celina OH. Made mostly for farmers to hitch up there wagons and such without jumping in and out for aligment. Maybe some farmer would be interested in in it. They pull 3-4 Kill Bros. grain wagons with them all the time around here
