Question Who knows about TOYO tires for hauling?

OK short history... When I got my 97 F-350 a few years ago it was quite the rough ride... so I went to BF Goodyear AT 295's in a D range instead of E range that was on it ... I also put Bilsteins all around it and velvet rides on the rear... I did these one at a time looking to see what if any difference each would make.. to be honest there was not much....

Now I have been reading about TOYO tires which some in the same size as the AT's but posts I have been reading about them all say they are a much better ride.... now that is fine by me as they are much more affordable. But I am wondering if anyone has experience with these in the towing realm.... I have to stay in at least the D range due to the weight I haul... but just wonder how they hold up towing and mileage..

Thanks for your time...

Craig

I'm running the Toyo AT 275/70/18E's on my truck. I have 20k on them, with about 5k of towing a 13k fifthwheel. I find the ride is good and the traction is snow excellent.

By measuring the remaining tread, I am certain (baring the unforeseen road hazards) that I will get at least 50k miles out of them. No plans at this time to change brand or model when replacement time comes.

I've got about 35K on my 305 Toyo AT's and have been really happy with them. At this point I think they will get me through the summer towing season and then will be ready for a replacement. I'll be getting the same tire.
I'm guessing they have about 20K miles of towing, either a wakeboard boat or a Toyota pickup in a 28ft. enclosed trailer. No signs of significant wear from any weight issues, and nice even wear on all 4. They have been a solid towing/hauling tire, with decent traction in the dirt and snow like posted above.

I have ran the toyo AT's and the Toyo mt and I think that they are both really good tires. I like the mt's a little better though. they are E load range and they seem to last a little longer on my f350, than the AT's do. The mt are a really tough tire, the only down side to them is that they make a little hum sound going down the road, but it is pretty quiet. the mt's I have on my truck right now have about 20,000 miles on them and they dont even look 1/2 worn out.

Im with everyone here, my wifes Excursion has 35x13.50x18 Toyo M/T and now have about 20K miles on them, I have towed cross country (Ca. to Tn.) and love the way they ride, and only a lite hum for tire noise. AWESOME tire. And I tow a 12K pound, 36' Fountian boat and and an equipment trailer about 10K pounds. good money spent.

I don't have experience w/ Toyo's that small..... But their 'big' tires are okay (11R22.5's & 11R24.5's). They are a good brand tire.
