Does anyone make a 5th wheel wiring adapter for the Old Body trucks? I have a 97 F350 Heavy Duty (non-superduty) and have not found an adapter harness. I've seen them for the 98 and up trucks. This an adapter harness that plugs between the oem 7-wire harness and allows you to just plug and play to install the 7-wire in the bed. If anyone has found one, could you point me in the right direction?

do this
get a plug, mount, and the wires (usualy sold in a kit) then pick up a crimper and wire crimp connectors (autozone) youll need 7 connectors (redones i think idr for sure)
then just match them to their places
if you tape them on to the old plug then crimp once you know they are right that will help
this will give you easy but permanat way to put a plug in the bed
also you will not have to worry about a extention coming out of the bottom hitch
and all you need to do is mount the plug on the side of the bed rail with a screw
