1988 International S1600 boom truck with 71k miles has been parked in yard for 1 year,starts right up but has a significant loss of power,Any ideas?? engine seems to run strong but truck will go over 30 MPH
I'd suggest taking a look at the fuel filter and also the air cleaner / box. My buddy had a truck that did this and the mice had built nests inside the air intake system, without air it won't run up to speed.
