7.3l vrs. 24v cummins

the other night i went to the truack pulls and on the way home i was messin with a couple cummins and i thought some people said that they were faster especially chiped? i was runin in 50hp setting on the bd with the first guy and i saw in his window it looked like he was runin an edge. we were neck and neck if i had switched up to 80 or 100 i would walked away. but the next guy came up and i new he was runin some stuff. i ran 50hp and he just made me look like a was sittin still then i hit it to 100 and i was right there with him. i thought these trucks were faster than that. i wish a had a dptuner maybe one day i can get one.

Man, you bought the wrong vehicle! If you'd had a Mustang, you'd have put 'em in their place!

Dodge drivers and their trucks... sheesh...

I've never raced my truck, but it sure tows nice. Its fast for an 8,000 brick but if I wanted speed I'd buy a sports car.

If you wanna see a real dodge run, you can meet me at the dragstrip lol, If you go to any of the BIG truck pulls you will see that about 75% of the trucks are cummis, the rest are duramax and powerstrokes, Now i'm not saying that cummins is the best, they just make the power easier and WAY cheaper, and there are way more parts avaliable...
