There has to be a severe problem if fuel is only getting to the front 3, they share a common supply in the pump. It is possible that it could have stuck plungers or something similar, due to crud or rust damage. Make sure the primary filter(one that's also the fuel-water separator) that's back closer to the tank has recently been replaced. That one gets overlooked way too often, and will starve it for fuel. That, and pump the primer a few dozen times to make dern sure it pushes fuel thru the whole pump.
Other than that, if the timing stayed the same while it was off, you should advance it a few degrees. In a nutshell, loosen the gear from the pump, and hold it while you move the crank backwards, which is approx. 1/8" per degree of advance desired. Shoot for about 17*(more if you upped the fuel rate), and stock is 13-15*.
