I just purchaced a new 8.3 cummins never ran, the manufacture date is 12/97, and replacing a blowen one in a 93 Ford L8000. What should I do prior to the first start up? When I get it running is there a suggested RPM I should operate the engine at? What about the break-in of the new engine?
