Air in the coolant!

2004 HT530. I had the engine rebuilt last Feb 2015 with a total in-frame redo. It was blowing out coolant, no heat. It was great until 2 weeks ago when I noticed it was doing it again with blowing coolant, fluctuating engine temps to the low side. Truck doesn't overheat. No visible coolant in the oil or oil in the coolant. Doesn't smoke, runs fine, plenty of power. Got the Uview block tester and got negative result. No exhaust gas in coolant. If i take the radiator cap off and run at 1000 rpm it will blow antifreeze all over the place on a cold motor. Any ideas what it might be?? I eliminated the air compressor as a possible cause. No other extras hooked to the cooling system that could force air like this.
