Remove both rocker covers, block off the return line going TO the fuel tank. Disconnect the fuel line AFTER the fuel pump, [note I said after], pressureize the fuel system with a hand pump to 70 psi pressure. [hand pumps are available on the Cat engines and the old DDA engines. You will find the leak.
