Put on a 4" exhaust from the turbo back. Get rid of the stock airbox, and put something in there that will let that engine breathe. If you're going to add fuel, first put gauges on it so you can keep yourself from cooking. Then add a Smarty or something, and you'll be having fun in no time.

Then before you know it you'll be putting in a heavier clutch, injectors, a different turbo or two...

The stock system is 4". I put a straight pipe in place of the muffler, but kept the stock downpipe and cat. I also put on an AFE Pro Guard 7 Stage II air filter. That helps a lot. If you do anything besides air and exhaust, put guages on!

keep the stock intake...you will lose power from the hot air the after market intakes provide..it is dyno proven..put a 4" pvc pipe with a toilet flange on the bottom of the airbox for more air...the stock filter will flow enough air to make over 700 hp...

Other than that do a smarty or smarty jr programmer...they are the best hands down....no key counter resets...and they actually give a mileage increase....and advance the timing where it is supposed to be to run cooler egt's than stock with a power increase.

The list goes on and on
