Genious is driving on the Freeway with a maxed out truck/trailer combo, video taping and talking on the phone at the same time while hogging the fast lane. Don't care what his beef is with GM he is an idiot.
Reminds me of a guy we got at work that drove his overloaded GMC to NM and despite the overheating warnings (as evidenced by this video they are pretty hard to ignore) he kept going until his engine blew. When he took it in to get GMC to warranty it. After the dealer pulled the info from his truck's computer and told him how long he had driven while overheated and even how many times the engine had shut done because of it, they told him to pound sand. He couldn't believe that they told him it was his fault and even wrote to the CEO of GM to complain. End result, he paid for the new engine himself.

That video was a fine example of a complete retard. I just do not understand how some people think. Obviously that guy is too stupid to know how to. I wonder if that uhaul truck facing that way exceeded the frontal area of that truck?

Or if there was a breeze headed the other way.
If over heating is a 'common' issue w/ a certain series of truck, then I think the manufacuter should be a concern. I would want to know why these certain trucks have overheating while those over there in the identical use do not.
If an after market rad will work, then do it I say.... but don't keep heating it up to 255*F- eventually, one day, that will have a toll on the motor and head gasket.

hvytruck, I think we're missing the point - the guy WANTED to burn up the truck, and did everything he could to acheive that result, in the misguided [I hope?] belief that doing so would make his suit 'better.' Hence loading the u'haul backward to maximize wind resistance/sail area on a high speed, high ambient temperature run. Bet his a/c was going full blast, too!

You shouldn't put this guy in a class with them. The idiotic, dumba$$ Bozos of the world should be offended.
But, he was able to drive a truck- towing a GN- within 300 # of max CGVW- while chattin' on the cell- while video taping himself- while resetting codes on his laptop- after belching up the beer he had for lunch. I'm sure he impressed the judge!!!!
Oh, I almost forgot. Almost missing that exit from the left lane was pretty slick too... That guy's got skillzz..

They may have Laughed him right out of the courtroom Hopefully. Thats after they wrote him tickets for obstucting traffic, and Erratic lane changing Fools like this deserve to be ridiculed. He has as much mechanical Knowledge as a Brick.Pushing a Engine like that with the Heat and the load on it is something only A complete sphincter would do.
Thinking this might have been filed in or removed to Federal court, I checked the Federal courts in Texas, using 'Dora Yarcho,' the name on the video, as the plaintiff - no dice. No easy way to search state courts in Texas on the internet - I assume that's where the case is. Again, from the video, the driver/videographer seems to be Chris Shull, who appears to sell cooling upgrades for the duramax from his coolmyduramax.com website. You might check with him if you want the rest of the story. I've already spent more time on this than I should ....
