International DT360 oilf filter question

I just picked up oil filters for my dumptruck, it take two with both being differnet sizes. Does anyone know if it matters which way they go on? Like the larger filter towrd the front or back of the engine? Even though the filters are different sizes, the gaskets and threads are the same....
Also does anyone know the oil capacity with a filter change ? This is a '92. If anyone is looking at a truck with this motor, let me tell you that it is a great running engine.

Thanks

i used 2 oil filters of the same size and i believe the capacity was 17 quarts... dont quote me becuase there might have been different oil pan options or things like that
