Isuzu Pup Air Filter Assembly for 1984/85 Turbo Diesel

Esteemed forum members;

I am looking for a the air filter assembly for a 1984/1985 Isuzu Pup Turbo Diesel. I have the air filter, but am missing the box assembly to put the filter in to. As far as I understand, Isuzu only imported these turbo diesel engines into the U.S. in 1984 and 1985.

I would be most appreciative for any assistance to help me locate a better (higher) quality turbo diesel, air filter assembly unit as described above.
