No more Cat engines in medium & HD trucks..

I just received a web-mail update from "Light and Medium Trucks" magazine and the lead article says that Cat is no longer making engines for medium and HD trucks. I expect that it also means that light duty truck engines are also out as well. So much for the rumors that Cat will be making engines for Ford pickups.

I wrote a thread a few days ago about an article I found about CAT and Navistar building an alliance in which CAT will continue to build off-road engines and Navistar will build CAT branded Maxx Force diesels for on-highway applications.
