Accoding to THE driver of THE superduty at the proving ground here in AZ the new truck is

Modified front doghouse resembling a retro 90s look.....ugly
Engine is Cummings with simple mods it will push alot of torque n horsepower.
Tranny is Allison.

Dont take my word for it, i dont believe it either. But the new guy at work wont budge...

.on a side not they are digging up the proving grounds to move everything. Found were 40 corvettes prototypes for the year that vettes were not made. 1000 hp race engines never released. The guy that buried everything owned a map and sold back to the proving grounds for 2.2 million. Why? well the trailers were stacked 3 deep and some full of lead batteries 40 years old and so on.....can you say EPA,,,yeah well pay ya

Ford's APG was Volvo's proving ground for a long time prior. No vettes there, ground is not friendly for hiding cargo trailers full of vettes and parts.
Find friends that drink less and don't use mind altering drugs..........

Let me clarify. The new ford is at the GM proving grounds that rent lease out to anyone.

That proving ground in mesa or whereever is the one being dug up.

BUT....if it is true,,,,note this thread in 2 years...

Tell him to look up the 6.7 Scorpion that Ford will be using in 2010.

Also, tell him there is no "G" in Cummins.

This would be dream come true, a Ford cab and chassis,Cummins motor,Allison tranny all factory.The only thing better would be bringing back the 7.3.
