84 chevy 1 ton hydraboost belt squeeling

1984 Chevy C30 dually, 350 engine, hydroboost brakes. The belt squeels like crazy when you apply the brakes, it will do this when not steering, in park, at idle just put your foot on the brake and the belt squeels.
The belt & pulleys look OK, plenty tight, fluid level is good.
Is this a problem with the hydraboost thing mounted to the master cylinder or is it the power steering pump?
I want to fix this but not sure where to start.
Thanks

I put on a new belt today and the problem went away.
I looked at the old belt more than once and didn't see anything wrong with it. I'm happy it was a cheap fix. But I would have bet money it wasn't the belt
