'99 Frieghtliner FL-60 electrical

Friends,

I have a '99 Freightliner FL-60, Sport Chassis. Western Hauler bed.

Anyway, it appears I have some electrical gremlins. Both sides turn signals no blinky. When you move the turn signal switch to either left, or right, both dash turn indicator lights are on.

And the 4-way flashers work until you turn the parking/head lights on. Then they don't blink either.

When the 4-ways are working, I can hear a relay cycling above the rear axle...clunk-clunk-clunk.

So, ideas? Perhaps the turn signal/hazard switch...mounted on the steering column is bad?

Or?

I really don't wish to visit a Frieghtshaker dealer to get this resolved.
