ACUVUE "OASYS" contact lens trouble

I have been wearing Acuvue "advance" for astigmatism for the last couple of years with no issues other than you could really "feel" them after a 16 hr. shift. My doctor switched me to Acucue "oasys" in May and twice now after a 16 hr. shift I have "lost" the right lens and "found" it a day later rolled up in my upper eye lid. Is anybody here wearing the same lens and having the same issues, I really enjoy the way they feel (can't tell they are there) after 16 hrs. but I was just wondering if it's just me trying to get used to the new material or is it someting I need to do different (rewetting solution?) thanks for any insight.

Oh man, I used to do that quite a few times. Usually it happened in a real handy place like in a teller line at the bank, etc. In my case, it was always because I rubbed my eye the wrong way and it caused the lense to immediately roll up. Since my lenses are mostly for better close up vision, I always immediately knew when it happened plus I could feel it usually. Any chance that's what you're doing?

I have made it a point NOT to rub my eyes, as that has happened in the past when I was "learning" behaviors with contacts. These new lenses seem a lot thinner and the H2O content is different, I think that is what makes them so comfortable. It just seems that I allmost NEVER had a lens "taco" on me with the "advance". Maybe I need to change the way I remove them. any suggestions?
