another dumb diesel engine ID question...

I am looking for a 65-125 hp mechanical diesel engine.
I have bought a few things from Government Surplus Auctions at Government Liquidation .
Same place the Jeep flight line tow tractor I posted a couple days ago.
This: 1740 - Airfield Specialized Trucks & Trailers at Government Liquidation
has a 4.23 litre turbo 4 cylinder Perkins in it.
Does anyone know what kind of power this powerplant has?

update on specifications....

UPDATE on 4.23 litre turbo 4 cyl:
I searched on web and finally found some info on this engine.
It is used as a marine, generator, forklift, tractor and compressor applications.
Equipt with turbo, it has about 3 power levels; from 99 to 125 hp.
This application is in a 4X4, all steer flight tow tug.
With the automatic (no id of supplier) it could be a great conversion engine for a F150 or similar application.
Reason I am looking at it is the lower buying price; I bet this rig goes for around $500-800 at auction point.
Plus, the parts costs are reasonable. Engine is long-life for tractor/powerplant.

any ideas on how to boost power?
Thank you, bill
