Ball & roller bearings standardized on millimeter sizes a very long time ago. So look for 17mm bore, 40mm OD, 21mm width.
Based on the dimensions and application, I'd guess it's a double-row, double-sealed ball bearing.
Go to a bearing supplier, not an auto or tractor parts supplier.
