Gameboy help......

My girls want multi-player games for there gameboys. Do they EACH have to have the same game in when they have the cable connected or will one boot off of the other??? Also where can i find a list of multi-player games???

just go to a game shop like game stop or babages

and you will need to have 2 of the games the gamboy is out of date get them a wii it will probaly cost less in the long run considering buying 2 of each game at 40+ each and then they will want to upgrade the gameboy soon if its not a ds
plus they will lose cables they will need the other cables to hook up four at once
........

This is for traveling. They don't play them much otherwise. There are no game shops within 100 miles of me that i know of thus the reason i asked here..........

each one needs a compatible game plus the cable (or wireless built-in on the newer DS versions)...some games are compatible even if not the same (my son has done multiplayer with different Pokemon games before...not sure what other ones would be)

yes pokemon and i think 3 or so others can switch versions

try yellow pages.com

check on route to your next campsite or to grandmas so then you will know to stop there and look

google search for game stores
and see if any let you order online

The regular Gameboy needs a cord, the new DS is wireless like a laptop.
