I've tried so many virus programs. I went without for a while, and got infected, and lost all my data on that unit. Fortunately, I had backed up using MozyHome Remote Backup, an online backup that is very reliable. Before restoring (in case my backup was somehow infected), I loaded the free 90-day trial of Microsoft's Live OneCare Windows Live OneCare safety scanner: Free online tool for PC health and safety. It found the infection, and has worked seamlessly ever since, and caught many trojan horses along the way. I ended up subscribing to it for all my computers
I have used SYSTEM SUITE Professional for the last 9 yrs. and wouldn't think of using any other program. It has an A/V-A/S and firewall, and other utilities.
I second what Bundo said. One subscription can be used on three computers.
