Hook up of 12,000 Warn winch

I just got a smoking deal on a 2 year old Warn winch 12K and I need to wire it. I made a HD hitch mount because I plan to use in on my truck and trailer. I am going to hook the cables with quick disconnect jumper cables. My problem is I am not sure which posts to hook cables to. Does any one have a picture of one I can see. Winch came off newer Dodge truck from the factory. I have the control handle and it just plugs in. I need to know which 2 lugs to hook to and what is the small 2 wire weather pack go to?

I went to the Warn site and found installation instructions for their Endurance 12.0 winch, may or may not be what you have but HERE is a link to the PDF.

Hope it helps out.
