Installing 3-way refrigerator in E-series?

Hi all, I scored a 110v/12v/propane fridge off craigslist for $60 recently. Needs a new piezo ignitor, other than that it was said to work fine (need to test b/f going to far). It's a no-name. I'd like to install it into my 93 E350 clubwagon to run on propane. I need a propane locker to carry a bottle inside b/c I don't want to spend $400 for an ASME tank. Anybody have experience putting one of these systems together? And/or anybody recommend good resources for diy camper info? The van was got to run biodiesel to triathlons and other events (mtn bike races) that require lots of driving, and many races are great for camping so I'd like to get a fridge/stove set up.
