Interchangeable Axle Tag ID differences

I have a 2002 F-150 4x4 automatic with the 5.4 engine that i dang near stole. Only problem is the rear axle has had it. its leaking from the pinion and driver side axle seal, the pinion has wobble and the carrier assembly has more play in it than recess(not to mention what i find when i start pulling it apart. At this point it is cheaper to get a certified used axle than to rebuild it. This is a 9.75 axle with 3.55 gears, ABS with disk brakes, Tag ID V919A.

Through this process i have found a number of interchangeable axle tag IDs from similar trucks of that year range(listed below).

My questions are:
1. What is the difference between these individual Tag IDs? I am guessing manufacturing plant and maybe production run dates.

2. What would it take to make one of the listed non-interchangeable axles fit my truck? maybe a different yoke if the spline is different? or is it completely different suspension dimensions?

These are listed to interchange with my truck.

No Ford guru insight on this? Im sure there is a blue oval specialist here that knows this piece of trivia.

Side note,
I ended up ordering my axle from a California. Inspected, delivered and 6 month warranty for (no core needed) $408. I couldn't believe what everyone else in my area wanted for one. In my area the Southeast the best i could find was $450, that is me picking up the axle myself, 30 day warranty and they wanted my old one or it was an additional $50. i looked in all of GA , SC and North Florida. The self service pull-a-parts are cheaper of course ($250) but these places are heavily trafficked and a vehicle is usually picked clean of any valuable parts within 48 hours of hitting the yard. Im pretty sure these folks are selling them second hand, I already have a full time job thus i have no chance to beat them to the punch.
