Yut got it, I want new Batteries; but they were purchase in 2005 so that means that the 36 months are over and maybe they need to re/adjust, but what can you do with FORD policies they Stink, if it was another brand maybe I could get help , but Not MOTORCRAFT ( FORD such a big Company, or Small now ? )
I do not know why they have Serial numbers and all kinds of numbers on the Batteries if they cannot help customers, Great way to make Customers unhappy.
Customer Satisfaction is not need on the way down?; I bet if it was TOYOTA they would do something about it.
one more 'am not asking for Free but some type of discount, if you can help me with that Fine if you Can't is OK 2 forgetaboutit !!!
I will buy the Batteries wholesale from another Source, also Ford want's 89.00 each with my Discount but I will not buy from them, I promise.

Let me get this straight, you have old battieries, you want new batteries, but you cannot prove how old they are, and you have no recollection of buying them. How can you justify asking for free batteries?
Make no sense
Just go buy 2 new batteries, and you SAVE the reciept.
