Well fellas my handy lil ol Poulan bit the dust. after dang near popping arm off the shoulder I tore into it and found all the fuel lines crumbled.
So here's my questions Yah'll knew this was coming eh...
What are the 2 sizes of the fuel line?
The routing from the tank to primer bulb and return?
How the heck yah squeeze those lil ol hoses into the itti-bitty openings?
OK...I'll stand by thank yah'll....!

i'll take a peek tomorrow at work, the boxes are marked ID and OD but off hand i can't recall...
Quick tip for installing fuel lines when using bulk:
cut the fuel line up the center an inch or two so it slides into the hole easier, then pull it through with a needle-nose pliers, finally cut the already cut end off so you can install the fuel filter in the tank on one line or the plastic holder (if equipped) on the return line...
another thing on this model you need to know and understand is that the primer actually isn't, it's a purge pump therfore it's located in the return side of the system...
Your lines go like this: Filter in tank to fuel pump side of carb, return side of carb to inlet of purge pump, outlet of purge pump to return hole of fuel tank...

DOH...no wonder it's not a PRIMER...lol......
I gather the fuel pump side of carb is the lower fitting (straight out)and the return is the upper one with the 90* angle...?
cool thank you very much...I'll be out until Friday going to Corpus and then hill country I'll stop by and check in then...thanks again...!
hmm...trying to think of the best way to describe this...
Ok..you have a Walbro carb (probably a WT or WA model), one end of the carb is Chromed, this is the chamber where fuel is metered and enters the venturi (bore) of the carb - - excess fuel from this side is returned to the tank via the purge pump...
easier to describe yet...
fitting closest to Chrome cap on carb is return to purge pump, then tank
fitting closest to aluminum cast cap on carb is intake from tank/filter (this is the side with the fuel pump)
