TSB help

I am trying to find out what details tsb #0162 entails. Can anybody give any info?? Dealer says they want to see the van (its for a 2000 ford windstar). Or what the fix was?? Thanks Eric

No such thing as TSB #0162. Fred gave you the title of TSB # 01-06-02. If that's the one you are looking for, then Fred can send it to you. But if it's about something else, then give us a better TSB number or at least what the TSB is all about.
