08 F350 Mileage Update
Hi guys. I have had my 08 F350 DRW Superduty since March and have seen an average fuel mileage # of about 11-12 miles per gallon. I turned over 10,000 miles this weekend and decided on a whim to reset the fuel mileage figure. I was pleasantly surprised to see the average # jump up to 13.8-14 MPG with a mixture of on and off highway driving. I had heard people who are nearing 10,000 miles start talking about a fuel mileage increase and perhaps it is true.
On another note, I was sitting a traffic light yesterday when a group of guys rode up on Harleys and started talking to me about my truck and how good looking of a truck it was. I could see them pointing and talking about it as we went down the road! Made my day and my wife thought it was pretty funny!
