2010 f-350 elevated idle already done?

so i have noticed since i picked up my truck that if i idle for a few minutes, the idle automatically rises to about 1000rpm from about 800-850 or so. i was planning in doing the elevated idle mod, but it seems that i don't have to now.

anyone know if this is standard on 2010my trucks?

In cold temps, the idle will automatically kick up on 08+ trucks to help in warm-up.

There is also an option built into the computer for manual high idle through either the PTO (power take off) circuit that sets 1200rpm (or higher using optional resistors), or BCP (battery charge protection) that will idle to 900rpm and automatically raise from there according to electrical load.
