6.4 Fuel Filters

Hey guys, is International offering a fuel filter kit for 6.4 yet?

Don't know, but most of us get our filters from dieselfiltersonline.com P/N FD-4609 comes as a kit with both filters. Service is excellent and you'll have the filters in about 2-3 days.

I went to my local Ford dealer yesterday because I wanted to do a 5 tire rotation (spare is steel). They were $30 cheaper than the tire shop. While there, I purchased two oil filters for $20.00 each and a set of fuel filters for $55.00. Most of the parts guys and service techs know me because of my truck. I do not mind paying a few dollars over cost for them to make a buck...but paying 40% more burns my a**.

Sorry... but dieselfiltersonline.com still gets you the better price, and you still get Motorcraft parts.

They're making a significant amount more than a few dollars. I don't mean to sound like a jackass (too late though), but you paid roughly a 29% premium.

I will agree that the Site is cheaper by a few dollars on each part. Just my preference, but talking to a person, paying, and walking out with my product is more satisfying. Plus, I was already there. Buy hey, this is America and one can shop where he wants.

if anything buy motorcraft....if anything ever happens(hopefully not) u still got 12-12 waranty on the part...jst a thought

Is that a 12 month, 12,000 mile warrany you are referring to? I have never heard of it. Time to Google...
