I voted none...I had a bad TCM at 600 miles but that is not engine related. I still have my orginal radiator too.

I voted none, Only problem I've had in 120,000 kms is on DPF but was covered under warrenty. Other than that it's been a great truck.

I also voted none. However, I did get the radiator replaced long ago.
Just pulled my Toy Hauler 2500 miles to the Oregon Dunes and back...the truck was awesome. I now have about 26,000 miles and am thrilled. Fuel mileage could be better, but I'm good since this isn't my daily driver.
I have recently bought the kit to check the nitrate levels in my coolant. I'm a big believer in preventative maintenance...this check is one that isn't well known.

Thanks for this poll. It will be good to see the results after a few weeks.

I voted major. So far 3 Oil coolers, rear end rebuilt at 1900 miles (factory flaw), DPF replaced at 8000, and with this last oil cooler also a complete tranny overhaul. since day one this truck has always been worked. so far 76k on the clock. I do oil every 5K and fuel filters every 10K. Truck always tows just below GCWR.
