Am I having Regens?

I am at 2000 miles and I have not noticed anything different. Most of the miles are highway miles. Could these be going on and not knowing it - nothing is being shown on the message center. The tail pipe is clean.

If you have an older flash and most miles are on the Highway, yes it is very possible that you would not notice any regens. Before the latest flash that added the message, "cleaning exhaust filter" I only noticed if the window is rolled down and I could hear the differance or putting it in park and having the idle raise. On the Highway the only way I have noticed is going up a grade boost being limited to 20 PSI (which was also changed with the latest flash) and once I experienced a temporary dip in milage in flat land with cruise set which I can only assume was caused by a regen.

As long as your tailpipes are clean I wouldn't worry about it.

One thing I did notice was that sometimes when I watch the turbo gauge it would fluctuate 5-8 psi on level ground. This could be possibly something different though.

08 f250 4x4 lariat.. Same thing. I never noticed or heard a regen. Picked up the truck august this year. first oil change at 3000 miles and truck pulled for relash. dealer said it was a recall or update that was needed. first thing on the way home I got the message that the truck was cleaning exhaust system on display. you can tell I think when the truck goes into regen. no issues as of yet 8000 miles.
