Bad 08

Well I sold my 08. I had the tranny replaced and the motor replaced twice as well the cab off it 5 times and I only had 67000 miles on it. I might of just got a bad one but it was bad enough to ruin me on it. I loved the truck the ride was nice and it had great power when it wasnt in the shop. I went from a 7.3 truck to this one and I went back to a 7.3 . I cant make money with a truck in the shop all the time when my 7.3 was in the shop so little

08s have only been out for two years? Maybe longer? You put 67k miles on it in that much time? Sounds like I you have some experience so I won't doubt your maintenance. But still... people talk about "getting a bad one" all the time. Ford's manufacturing process is pretty damn good.... the likelihood of you having gotten a bad one is pretty slim.

Have fun with your 7.3L. :-)

Saw on your profile you own a hotshot business, so I'm sure yhe truck never stopped and you can't make money when it's in the shop.Sorry to hear about the 6.4, good luck w/ the 7.3, that thing will go forever.
