Bleeding 6.4L fuel system

I know there is tons of stuff on here about the process of bleeding fuel lines on 6.4s in particular and maybe I'm overthinking it but I've got a question. So I think in all set up to bleed off from the high and low side of the fuel oil cooler on the top of the engine. I have a banjo bolt with a drilled and tapped hose fitting and another hose I'll attach to the low side Schrader valve. What I'm wondering is as soon as I'm getting no air bubbles and I decide I'm good and I stop cycling the fuel pump on, won't the system just become air bound again when I remove the banjo bolt with the hose fitting and put the old one back in?
