Re: boost pressure

Full boost is supposed to be 42 PSI. A lot of trucks never reach that though.

Re: boost pressure

I have never seen more than about 34 per my guage...towing heavy, up hill. Is this somehow related to driving habits, gear selection, when was the last regen etc?

Re: boost pressure

Typically anywhere from 26-36 PSI depending on altitude and load. The gauge goes to 40 psi but thats kind of like a tachometer, sure it goes to 6,000 rpm (I think) but the redline is 4,000 rpm's.
