Congrats Ford!

So I ordered my 08 F250 in the start of January with an expected delivery date of March 17th...My salesman called me 2 weeks ago and told me the truck was going into production that week...Thursday I got the call my truck had arrived...a MONTH ahead of schedule...Imagine that!! Had the LineX done on Friday and picked the truck up yesterday....It is AWESOME!! The black leather/white stitching interior is incredible! Left the dealer and went straight to the tint shop...5% all around and 30% on the whole windshield...Put about 100 miles on the truck yesterday and I LOVE it so far :-) Diesel motor is so quiet I cant believe it...Next in line will be all my RECON lighting products...Then it goes in for the lift and rims/tires -- Cant wait and keep you posted...But congrats to Ford on delivering a truck ahead of schedule :-)

That is great news for you. Congrats on the new truck. The orders are down on these trucks so they can probably get them out a little faster now.

Congratulations on the truck! I've got an early production unit and have had zero problems in 12K. The lack of smell an noise with the 6.4 is more than a novelty. I drove my 7.3 that I sold to my father-in-law a week ago and really don't like it anymore. Loud, stinky and crude by comparison. I get about 2MPG less with the 6.4 but the comfort trade off is worth it.

After a year I still look forward to long trips in the 6.4. It's just a nice place to spend time. I hope you have the same experience.

Congrats!

I have 14,000 miles now, only trouble was a little oil leak, YOU'll LOVE IT.

I still like driving my 7.3L better.
