Coolant tank low on fluid?

Hey guys, I need a little info from those of you that may know the cause of my coolant being low? I just had my truck to ford about 600 miles ago for an oil and fuel filter change. At that time they ordered some parts to perform a recall on some t valve for the radiator. I brought the truck back 200 miles later and they performed the customer service recall. Now yesterday I took a look at my engine compartment to clean it up a little and noticed my coolant overflow tank is below the min cold line. I also noticed some white crystal substance on the top of the tank when i unscrewed the cap. Why would the reserve be so low? Do you guys think there is more going on with my motor or should I just fill it and forget it?

Check under the truck up front by the radiator, some raditors have been prone to developing slight leak thats why the recall you had for the venturi tee was done, also mine starting leaking on the upper raditor hose by the engine which was dripping down the front corner of the engine, the service tec said when it was repaired they have also seen.

Mine goes down to about a alf inch below the line, then stops there. If I fill it, I will have the crystalls residue until it's down to that level. I have 22000 on mine, and when I quit keeping it right on the line, it hasn't dropped in over 15000 miles. I still look for puddles, paranoid of the radiator.
