daily regen.?

Have read about the regen. issue with the 08 F250 and have experienced once before. Just recently it has become a daily thing. Usually happens in the mornings, and coincidentally on the same stretch of highway. Live in Missouri so temps have been cold lately usually between 15 to 30 degrees and engine temp is still low when it occurs. Huge amounts of smoke causing other vehicles to back off because of visibility issues, also mileage has really deteriated since this has started happening. Really embarrasing, but concerned this is something more severe.

Mine did a regen every 100 miles or less while towing earlier this week. No smoke whatsoever though. Used to go at least 200 miles between regens. So I was wondering same thing and what other trucks were doing.

For one tank of fuel, I was regening every 50 miles or so. I wrote about it 6 months ago. I'm thinking bad fuel.

how can you tell it is in regen? I have never seen an ounce of smoke out of my pipe...

I'm thinking LSD instead of ULSD.
